Education

One of ERISA's requirement is that sufficient education and information about the plan and plan investments needs to be provided to the plan participants.

During the plan introduction meeting, and at each subsequent meeting, we provide investment education and consulting to plan participants on a group level and personal level.  We encourage participants to ask questions if they have any. We set aside time for employees/participants who wish to meet with us one-on-one to ask personal questions.
