Onsite Visits

Willow Ridge advisors will be available to come to your place of business to give personal, hands-on support from the initial planning and review stage, to implementation, to annual reporting and participant education meetings.

Reporting

As your consultant and fiduciary we will disclose all details, including fees and expenses, associated with your investments.  We are required by law to provide annual reports on the state of the plan's investments and balances.  But for us, it is more than a requirement of law.  We earnestly want to make sure that our clients know the condition of their sponsored plans. 

Annual Reporting

At least once a year, we will make an onsite visit to report on the plan investments to you and your employees.

At these annual meetings, we will cover:

• Balances of plan assets and investments
• Performance of plan and investments
• Participation rates
• Fees charged by plan investments
• Our fees

Education

One of ERISA's requirement is that sufficient education and information about the plan and plan investments needs to be provided to the plan participants.

During the plan introduction meeting, and at each subsequent meet, we provide investment education and consulting to you and your employees on a group level and personal level.  We encourage plan sponsors and participant to ask questions if they have any.  We set aside time for employees/participants who wish to meet with us one-on-one to ask personal questions.
